Milk Cake

Ingredients

(10 portions)

1 large egg (or ~50ml aquafaba)
100g sugar
5ml vanilla extract
75g all-purpose flour
5g baking powder
10g KWERKY powder
75ml water
65g dairy-free butter (cubed)
Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Method:

Preheat oven to 180C. 
In a large bowl, blend all the ingredients.
Pour into a greased or lined rectangular baking tray or tin. 
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack. 
Sprinkle on powdered sugar (optional) and slice into 10 portions.
