Method:
Melt the butter in a thick-bottomed pan.
Add the flour in and mix in.
Cook for a few minutes over a gentle heat without colouring.
Gradually add the water and stir until smooth.
Allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
Add KWERKY powder and seasoning (and optional cheese). Add more water here if required.
Simmer for a further 5 minutes.
Cover with a film of butter to prevent a skin forming.
