- 1/2 cup (100g) coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup (60ml) water
- 1/4 cup (30g) KWERKY powdered plant milk
- 1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Optional: 1/2 cup (60g) chopped walnuts

Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. -
Mix the dry ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking powder, and sea salt. -
Prepare the wet ingredients:
In a separate bowl, mix the prepared KWERKY plant milk, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. -
Combine wet and dry ingredients:
Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well combined. -
Add chocolate chips:
Fold in the vegan dark chocolate chips. -
Press and bake:
Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25 minutes, or until the bars turn golden brown. -
Cool and cut:
Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting them into squares. Enjoy!
