CREAMY MUSHROOM SOUP

Ingredients

(10 portions)

20ml Oil
200g Onions (white, peeled and chopped)
40g Garlic puree
120g sliced Mushrooms
100g Vegetable bouillon
200g KWERKY powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Method:

In a pot heat the oil and add the chopped onions and garlic.
Fry gently for 10min and add the mushrooms.
Fry this for 10min and add the water and bouillon.
Simmer this for 35min. Now add KWERKY powder and whisk. 
Simmer for another 5min and take off the heat.
Pour mushroom mixture into a blender and blend till very smooth.
Pour soup back into the pot. Season and serve.
