Method:
Melt chocolate.
Combine KWERKY and water.
Add Kwerky mixture to melted chocolate and combine to create ganache.
Mix in rum or essence (optional step).
Set in fridge for 1-2 hours until set.
Roll into balls.
Dust and cover with cocoa powder and store in cool dry place.
