VEGAN ALFREDO PASTA

Ingredients

300g pasta (gluten-free optional)
150ml water
50g KWERKY powder
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Method:

Cook pasta as per package instructions.
In a pan, heat olive oil, sauté garlic until fragrant.
Whisk KWERKY powder into water to form a smooth sauce. Add to the pan.
Stir in nutritional yeast and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Toss pasta in the sauce, adjust seasoning, and serve with parsley.
