SALTED CARAMEL BITES

Ingredients

Biscuit Base
20gr Vegan Butter
300g Gluten Free digestive Biscuits
KWERKY Filling
300g Condensed Milk (vegan)
150g KWERKY Powder
100ml Water
20gr Vegan Butter

Chocolate Topping
100ml KWERKY milk (10g:100ml)
80g Dark Chocolate

Caramel
50g Vegan butter
50g Brown Sugar
50g Golden Syrup
75ml KWERKY milk
3tsp Agar Agar
6tsp Water

Method:

Base: Blend the digestive biscuits to a crumble consistency and mix with melted butter. Spoon biscuits mix into the base of a biscuit tin evenly and leave to set in the fridge.

Filling: Melt butter in a pot and add the water.

Add milk powder and whisk till smooth, cook for 5min

Add condensed milk and simmer for 5min making sure not to colour the mix.

Pour this mixture onto the biscuit base and leave to set in the fridge.

Caramel: Melt butter and add the sugar and syrup and simmer for 5min.

Add KWERKY milk and simmer till an even brown caramel colour. Take off the heat

Add water to agar agar and add to the caramel mix.

Pour mixture onto the set filling and leave the caramel to set in the fridge.

Chocolate: Chop the chocolate and place into a bowl

Boil KWERKY milk and add to the chopped chocolate. Mix to a smooth consistency

Pour chocolate mix onto the set caramel and leave to set in the fridge

Once set cut into required portions and serve
