Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, KWERKY powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add the wet ingredients: Slowly whisk in the water, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract (if using) until the batter is smooth.

Heat the pan: Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil or cooking spray.
- Cook the pancakes: Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
