- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Fluffy Vegan Pancakes
Start your morning with a stack of fluffy, protein-packed vegan pancakes! These easy-to-make pancakes are soft, golden, and made with KWERKY Plant-Based Milk Powder for an extra nutritional boost. Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, KWERKY powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add the wet ingredients: Slowly whisk in the water, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract (if using) until the batter is smooth.

Heat the pan: Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil or cooking spray.
- Cook the pancakes: Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
