  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup (75g) melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup (100g) coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) water
  • 1/4 cup (30g) KWERKY powdered plant milk
  • 1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Optional: 1/2 cup (60g) chopped walnuts

Fluffy Vegan Pancakes
Start your morning with a stack of fluffy, protein-packed vegan pancakes! These easy-to-make pancakes are soft, golden, and made with KWERKY Plant-Based Milk Powder for an extra nutritional boost. Perfect for a cozy breakfast or brunch, they're delicious on their own but even better with your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, chocolate, or a drizzle of maple syrup!

Method:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, KWERKY powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. Add the wet ingredients: Slowly whisk in the water, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract (if using) until the batter is smooth.

  3. Heat the pan: Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil or cooking spray.

  4. Cook the pancakes: Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.

Serve: Stack your pancakes and top with fresh fruit, chocolate or maple syrup, or your favourite toppings!
